Are your products always available?
All products are subject to availability and prior sale. When Monsoon Showers has special offers on items, these sell out very fast and are sometimes not replaceable. So please place your orders early to avoid disappointment.
At times, demand for a product will exceed the Monsoon Showers inventory level. This will create a backorder for the product. Monsoon Showers constantly monitors inventory and works to restock those items. Who should install the tapware that I purchase?

How long will it take for my order to ship and will it be insured?
All orders are shipped within Australia as registered post using Australia Post and require a signature on delivery. They are insured for loss or damage. Please allow the following for delivery:
